1. Data we collect

We collect your email, order information, and machine activation data (a device fingerprint) to issue and manage licenses.

The content you process inside the software (videos, images, text) runs on your machine and is not sent to BaoPeak.

Data is used to issue/activate licenses, provide support, and send transactional email (receipts, license keys).

We share the minimum necessary data with payment partners (SePay, Polar) to process transactions. We do not sell your personal data.

API keys you provide are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal data, and delete your account, by contacting support.

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
