1. Introduction

BaoPeak provides AI software that runs on your own machine, for individuals and small businesses. By buying or trialing, you agree to the terms below.

2. License

A license is valid for 12 months from activation and may be activated on the number of machines included in your chosen plan.

You may not share, resell, or expose your license key. Repurchasing the same product renews (extends) the license term.

3. Payments

Pay in VND via SePay (VietQR) or by international card via Polar. Polar acts as the merchant of record for international transactions. Prices are shown according to your chosen language.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for using the software lawfully. For apps that use your own API key (BYOK), you manage and bear the cost of that API key.

5. Limitation of liability

The software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, BaoPeak is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the software.

6. Termination

Violating these terms may result in suspension or revocation of your license without refund.
