Terms of Service

BaoPeak provides AI software that runs on your own machine, for individuals and small businesses. By buying or trialing, you agree to the terms below.

A license is valid for the term of the plan you choose, as shown on the pricing page (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months). The term starts as soon as payment succeeds and your license key is emailed to you, and the license may be activated on the number of machines included in that plan.

Team plans include several independent licenses, each for one machine. Credit packs (AI Photo Editor) have no term — purchased credits never expire.

You may not share, resell, or expose your license key. Repurchasing the same product renews (extends) the license term.

Pay in VND via SePay (VietQR) or by international card via Polar. Polar acts as the merchant of record for international transactions. Prices are shown according to your chosen language.

You are responsible for using the software lawfully. For apps that use your own API key (BYOK), you manage and bear the cost of that API key.

The software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, BaoPeak is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the software.

Violating these terms may result in suspension or revocation of your license without refund.

One BaoPeak account works on baopeak.com and on the learning site learn.baopeak.com. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy for both sites.

When you sign in to the learning site with your BaoPeak account, BaoPeak passes your account ID, email and name to the learning site to provide the learning service (sign-in, progress, Notebook, certificates). This is part of the service and needs no separate consent.

When these terms get a new version, you will be asked to accept it at your next sign-in before you keep using your account.
